These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.reviverenew.co.uk (the "Website") and the services provided by Revive Renew Wellness & Therapy ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing this Website, making a booking, or receiving any treatment at our clinic, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Website or our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Services & Treatments
Revive Renew Wellness & Therapy offers a range of health, wellness, and complementary therapy services. Our current treatments include, but are not limited to:

Many treatments are provided by independent, self-employed therapists who rent rooms within our clinic. Each therapist is responsible for their own professional practice, holds appropriate qualifications and insurance, and manages their own client bookings. Where a treatment is provided by an independent therapist, the contract for that treatment is between you and that individual therapist.
We reserve the right to withdraw, alter, or add services at any time without prior notice. Not all services may be available at all times — please contact us to confirm availability.
3. Appointments & Bookings
Appointments can be made via our online booking system for some of the treatments or by telephone on 01342 618099. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A booking is confirmed once you have received a written or verbal confirmation from us or from the relevant therapist. We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.
Health information: At your first appointment you will be required to complete an assessment form, provide next of kin details, and give a full medical history. You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or other relevant health information before treatment begins. We cannot be held responsible for any adverse outcomes arising from information you have withheld or disclosed inaccurately.
Age: Treatments are generally available to clients aged 18 and over. Where treatments are offered to minors, written parental or guardian consent is required before treatment can proceed.
4. Cancellations, Late Arrivals & Refunds
Cancellations by you: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend without notice ("no-show"), may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost. The specific policy for treatments provided by independent therapists may vary — please check at the time of booking.
Late arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, we will endeavour to carry out as much of your treatment as possible within the remaining time. The full treatment price may still apply.
Cancellations by us: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your appointment; we will provide as much notice as possible and will offer an alternative appointment date or a full refund of any amount already paid.
Refunds: Refunds for treatments already received will only be provided where a treatment has not been delivered as agreed and cannot be remedied. Refunds will not be given for completed treatments where the outcome did not meet personal expectations, provided that the treatment was carried out professionally and to the agreed specification.
Packages, bundles, and pre-paid treatment courses are non-refundable once treatment has commenced, unless we are at fault.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept cash, card payments, and any other payment methods displayed at the clinic or on the Website.
All prices quoted are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you before your appointment.
Where treatments are offered as part of a package at a discounted rate, the discount applies to the package as a whole and is not transferable to individual treatments.
6. Liability & Medical Disclaimer
Not a substitute for medical advice: The treatments, information, and content provided by Revive Renew Wellness & Therapy are intended for general health and wellbeing purposes only. Nothing on this Website or provided by our clinic constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should always consult a qualified medical professional for any medical concerns or before making any changes to your healthcare routine.
Pre-existing conditions: It is your responsibility to inform your therapist of all relevant medical conditions, medications, and contraindications prior to treatment. Some treatments may not be suitable for certain medical conditions. Your therapist will assess your suitability before proceeding.
Our liability: We hold £5 million public liability insurance. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or restricted by law.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any treatment or use of this Website will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant treatment.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage that was not foreseeable at the time of your booking, or for any loss or damage caused by your failure to follow the advice of your therapist or to disclose relevant medical information.
Website accuracy: While we take care to ensure the information on this Website is accurate and up to date, we make no warranty that it is free from errors or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors without notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and other materials — is owned by or licensed to Revive Renew Wellness & Therapy and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
